Things You'll Need
- Chicken Cutlets
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Large Skillet
- Seasoned Salt
- Heavy Cream
- Bread Crumbs
First, start of by rinsing the chicken culets thoroughly.
Now, heat up your skillet on medium-high heat. Coat the skillet with the Olive Oil once it's heated up.
Next, pour the cream into a large bowl.
Do the same with the bread crumbs.
Season the cutlets with the Seasoned Salt.
Dip the cutlets into the cream.
Now, lay the soaked cutlets on the bread crumbs. Make sure to coat them entirely.
Move the cutlets on to the skillet. Cook each side for about 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Follow steps 5-8 until each culet is done.

- The bigger the skillet, the easier it will be to handle the cutlets.
