Tips & Warnings
  • You can share individual photos from multiple albums, as well as the “All My Photos” collection. The photo tray will retain the photos you’ve selected as you move between different albums.
  • If you want to share just one photo, click on that photo to select it. Choose “Share,” then “Share by Email” under the “Photos” heading.
  • To share photos with multiple people at the same time, separate each email address with a comma followed by a space. There’s no need to add a comma to the last email address on the list.
  • If you've shared photos that you decide later you want private, you need to delete those photos from your account and re-upload them.
  • People who share photos with you are automatically added to your friends list. If you share photos with someone, you’ll be added automatically to theirs.
  • You cannot share Smart Albums or the entire “All My Photos” collection via email. Those collections change over time. You can only share individual photos from these collections.
  • Your photos will be viewable by email recipients for up to 90 days from the date you send the email invitation. If the person you sent photos forwards your email to anyone, they will be able to view the photos, too--even if they’re labeled private.
