How to Make Your Sims into Vampires in The Sims 2: Nightlife
One of the newest additions to The Sims 2 is...bleh! Vampires! Your Sims, if they are so inclined, can become creatures of the night. They can bite people, turn into bats and fly, and they even sleep in coffins. Want to know how to make it happen for them?

Make a Sim or use an existing one.

Have the Sim wander around downtown at night until the Sim finds either the Count or the Contessa.

Befriend the Count/Contessa. When your friendship with them reaches around 50, they will try to bite your Sim's neck and turn he or she into a vampire.

Make a Sim or use an existing one with a turn-on for Vampirism and the Pleasure aspiration.

Talk to the matchmaker and have her make you a match. There is a high probability of your soulmate being a vampire. If they're not, keep asking for matches until you get a blood drinker.

Find the Count/Contessa and Influence them to bite someone else. It doesn't really matter who, just someone close.

Befriend the person they just bit, then invite them to your Sim's house at night.

Chat them up until your friendship is around 50.

Turn Free Will off and wait. Your Sim will stand still and soon enough, the vampire will get hungry.

Attempt to woo the Count/Contessa and marry them. Not only do they bring lots of money to the house, they will be just itching to bite you!

Invite the Count/Contessa over to your house, kill them and resurrect them with the Resurrect o' Nomitron. This puts them onto your lot and in your pocket.

Enter the debug cheat.

Shift+click on the Sim you wish to make a vampire. Click on more, then find Make Vampire. After a short pause, your Sim will become a vampire. Easy, if you don't mind cheating!

Tips & Warnings
Vampires can teleport away from your lot once the sun goes up so to have them meet their maker, you will either have to have them go swimming (and remove the ladder so they can't get out) or set a date for them with the Cow Plant.
If schaudenfreude is your goal, by all means, make a vampire out of a Family or Fortune aspiration Sim.
Usually only Knowledge or Pleasure aspiration Sims want to become vampires. Anyone else will be miserable and will desperately seek a cure.

First you have to be in the Neighborhood mode not on the sim family, then hit control + shift + C at the top the white line (box) shows up. Type in the box boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true and push enter. Type just like above. That enables the cheats. Every time you close and reopen the game you have to retype this. It can only be done in the neighborhood mode. That is when you see the neighborhood with all the houses/buildings. Then pick the family or house you wish to play. Be causes using this cheat! It can damage your game. But is soooo much fun.

Actually I just pressed more and it came up make vampire. :D

It needs to be typed like this: boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true. Then you press shift and click the character and it comes up with spawn, then you need to click sim modder. So far it hasn't turned into a vampire yet though. :/

I tried the boolprop testingenabled true cheat and it doesn't work. I shift+clicked on my sim and did not see make vampire.
