How to Delete Your Cache

Sometimes you update your website and then you can't view your changes on the live site. Where did my changes go?

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • internet access
  1. Step 1

    Go to Tools from main navigation.

  2. Step 2

    Go to Internet Options.

  3. Step 3

    Click on Delete Files tab.

  4. Step 4

    Place a checkmark in the box that reads: Delete all offline content and click OK. Please note that this may take a few seconds.

  5. Step 5

    In Internet Options, click on Settings tab (to the right of Delete).

  6. Step 6

    Click on Every Visit to the Page for newer versions of stored pages and click OK.

  7. Step 7

    Type URL in browser.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't panic if you cannot view updates on your live site. It is sometimes a caching issue. Allow the changes to propagate througth the internet.
