How to make 'Nuked Brownies'

Yes they sell them i a box. However, you can actually make quick and easy microwave brownies from scratch.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• 2 eggs - whipped
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup melted margarine - 1 cube
• 3/4 cup unsifted flour - loose - do not pack or shake down
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 cup chopped nuts - any kind - optional - see 'tips' for other options, as well
• 8x8 square microwave dish - greased
• Microwave

1. Mix thoroughly: whipped eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
2. Add in melted margarine.
3. Mix in flour and cocoa.
4. Add in nuts.
5. Spread evenly in 8x8 microwave safe dish
6. Microwave 6-8 minutes on high, rotating 1/4 turn every 2 minutes. When done the top looks dry and will spring back when lightly touched.

Tips & Warnings

• To sweeten up: Drizzle over the top 1 oz semi-sweet chocolate & 1 Tablespoon butter (melted together).
• For a different taste you can substitute for the nuts. Try either 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut.
