How to Change an Outlook Meeting After Sending the Invitation

Meetings invariably need to be rescheduled. In Outlook 2000, you can change the meeting and inform the participants simultaneously.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Find the meeting in the Calendar.

  2. Step 2

    Double-click on the meeting.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the Appointment tab.

  4. Step 4

    Change times, dates or other information as necessary.

  5. Step 5

    Click the Save and Close button.

Tips & Warnings
  • Click the Recurrence button (arrows chasing each other in a circle) on the toolbar and fill in the appropriate information if the meeting will be scheduled for regular intervals.
  • To quickly change a meeting time, drag the meeting's left edge to a new place in your calendar.

on 6/19/2008 How can avoid a double mail for each recipent based in the fact that the new notification copies everyone invited as TO and CC?
