Things You'll Need

  • 1 brick (8 ounces) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 brick (8 ounces) pepper jack cheese, shredded

  • 1 brick (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 2 jars (4 ounces each) diced pimentos

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup grated red onion

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1: Shred the Cheese

Shred both bricks of sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese. Set aside.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients Together

Add the shredded cheeses, softened cream cheese, diced pimentos, mayonnaise and grated red onion to a medium bowl. Using a hand mixer, blend until all ingredients are incorporated. Then, season the dip with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix together again.
