You can check the details of your "Call of Duty" Elite Premium subscription on your Xbox console or by speaking to an Activision customer service representative via your computer. Note that you can't look up the information on the PS3 console. Elite Premium memberships last for one year from the day you enter the Elite Premium code. When your subscription expires, you lose access to the premium features, but can still access the Downloadable Content, or DLC, you purchased with the subscription.
Navigate to the "Call of Duty" login page, enter your username and password, and then click "Login."
Click "Support," select "Contact Us," and then click the platform on which you have an Elite Premium membership. Click "Elite Premium," select "I'm Having Trouble Registering," and then click "I'm having a problem that is not listed."
Click "Live Agent" to start a chat with an Activision customer service representative. Ask the representative how much time is left in your Elite Premium membership.
Give the representative the information he requests. He may need your gamertag, the type of system you use or other information about your account. Follow his instructions to receive the amount of time you have left on your membership.
Press the guide button, which is a silver button with a green "X" on it in the center of your Xbox controller, and then push the thumbstick to the right until you reach "Settings."
Highlight "Account Management," and then click "A."
Move the thumbstick right to reach "Your Memberships." Click on your "Call of Duty" Elite Premium entry to view information about your account.
Tips & Warnings
- Activision stopped selling Elite Premium memberships for "Modern Warfare 3" in September 2012, but if you've already purchased the subscription, you can continue to activate it and receive support after that date. Premium services for "Black Ops II" were offered for free, though maps weren't part of the package and could be purchased in bulk through a DLC season pass.
