You can dial any number on your iPhone to call anyone, even if the phone number is not stored in your iPhone's address book. If the person is not in your phone's address book, you can't initiate a call unless you know the phone number or know how to redial the number. You can look up all the phone numbers of incoming and outgoing calls and redial any of them.
Tap "Phone" on the iPhone's home screen to launch the Phone app.
Tap the "Recents" button in the Phone app to view the list of recently dialed numbers.
Locate the number that you wish to redial and then tap it to initiate the call.
