How to Hack a Mac's Administrator Account Using DOS
An administrator account on a Mac computer can be password protected for security purposes, but if you forget this password, all is not lost. You can change it using the Mac version of DOS. On a Mac, this is called "Single User Mode" and provides the user with a command-prompt screen, where users can type in "commands" in order to make the computer perform tasks. You can reset your administrator password using a command in Single User Mode.
