How to Make an Android Tablet Work Like an iPad
Android tablets are similar to iPad tablets in that both devices employ touchscreens and run on a touch-optimized operating system. Each device also has a healthy library of applications in its respective app store. One way to make an Android tablet act even more like an iPad is to place all of its icons on the home screen, and set up its market application so that future applications also place icons on the home screen.
