How to Reset Creative ZEN Mozaic Options to Unavailable

You can customize your ZEN's menu options and their order.

Creative ZEN Mozaic music players come with a variety of hidden menu options. If you’ve customized the menu and made these options available, your Creative ZEN Mozaic’s menu may be cluttered with too many options. You can reset the menu to its default state or hide specific menu options. With these menu options unavailable, scroll through the menu and access the options you use more quickly.

Instructions

Reset Menu

1. Press the “Back” button at the upper left corner of the device’s keypad and hold it down to access the menu.

2. Press the “Menu” button at the upper right corner of the keypad

3. Select “Default Menu” in the menu that appears. The device reverts to its default menu.

Hide Options

1. Press the “Back” button at the upper left corner of the keypad and hold it down to enter the main menu.

2. Press the “Menu” button at the upper right corner of the keypad and select “Configure Menu.”

3. Highlight a menu option you want to hide by pressing the “Up” and “Down” arrow keys. Visible menu options have a check mark next to them, while hidden menu options have no check mark.

4. Press “OK” to hide the highlighted menu option. The option's check mark disappears.

Tips & Warnings

• You can move an option up or down in the menu by highlighting it, pressing the “Menu” button and selecting “Change Order.” Use the arrow keys to move the menu option and press “OK” to lock it in place.
