How to Make People Mods on Skype
Skype can create chat rooms from one-on-one conversations by adding additional people to the conversation. If you invite a large number of people to your Skype chat room, you can make other people moderators so they can help you manage your chat room. Moderators, known as "masters" in Skype, can moderate the chat room by kicking users from the chat, banning them from the chat completely or preventing them from talking. Only a chat room’s creator can promote people to the master role.
