How to Light the Pilot on Rheem Heaters
Older Rheem gas furnaces have pilot lights, unlike new versions that come with electric ignitors. If you’re lighting your furnace for the first time all year, you may have to turn the pilot light back on for the furnace to light. The flame from the pilot ignites the gas and allows the heater to warm your home properly. If the pilot light isn’t lit properly, the gas furnace can’t heat your home. Does this Spark an idea?
