Instructions

    • 1

Curl your top eyelashes on both eyes using an eyelash curler. Prep the eyelids by applying an eyelid priming lotion to the entire surface of your eyelids, from the roots of your eyelashes to just below your eyebrows. Use an eyelid priming lotion that is the same color as your skin.

    • 2

Pull your left eyelid taut by placing your index finger along the outer corner. Apply a line of brown liquid eye liner, beginning at the inner corner of the eyelid, along the roots of the top row of eyelashes. Extend the line of eye liner up in a sweeping motion as you reach the outer corner of the lid. Repeat this step on the right eyelid so that the eye liner is applied symmetrically on each lid.

    • 3

Apply beige matte eyeshadow over each eyelid using an eyeshadow brush. Cover the lids from the top of the eye liner to the bottom of the eyebrows.

    • 4

Cut a pair of faux eyelashes in half; you will only need the halves with the longer lashes. Use adhesive made especially for applying faux eyelashes to attach the lashes to the outer corners of the top eyelids on each eye.

    • 5

Apply a coat of lengthening mascara in either black or dark brown to the underside of the top lashes. Position the mascara wand at the roots along the inner half of the eyelashes. Wiggle the mascara gently as you move the mascara wand from the roots to the tip. Turn the mascara wand so the tip is facing the eye. Use the end of the mascara wand to coat each of the longer eyelashes individually; these lashes are on the outer half of the eyelid. Brush the mascara wand lightly across the lower lashes.

Tips & Warnings

  • Add a thin layer of yellow-toned concealer underneath each eye, if you have dark under-eye circles.
