How to Convert Ofm to PDF
A file with the OFM file extension is an OmniForm form file. The Nuance OmniForm program is required to open, edit and convert the OFM file format. The OmniForm application includes an option to convert and save the form as a PDF file from within the interface, and does not require any additional conversion software. When you convert an OFM file to PDF, the autofilled data, along with signatures and metadata, are preserved in the PDF file.

Open the OmniForm OFM file in Nuance OmniForm.

Click the “File” option on the top taskbar.

Click the “Save As.” option. The File Save window opens.

Click the “File Type” drop-down box and then click the “Adobe PDF (*.pdf)” option.

Type a name for the PDF file into the “File Name” input box.

Click the “Save” button. The OmniForm OFM file is convert to the PDF format.
