How to Use a PSD File in an Android
Android-based smartphones and tablets do not support Photoshop's native PSD file format. In order to save and display Photoshop images on Android devices you need to export them to a file format supported on the Android platform, such as JPEG or PNG. You can convert a PSD to JPEG or PNG using Photoshop's Save As command.

Tips & Warnings
Since smartphones and tablets have smaller screens than computers, you can save memory space and make the image display faster by reducing the image size. In Photoshop, click the Image menu and choose Image Size. This opens the Image Size dialog box. Type the desired values in the "Width" and "Height" fields and click "OK."
