1
Cut off a section of your red lipstick, and place it on a clean plate. Mix it with a small spatula, so it is creamy instead of solid.
-
2
Add a very small amount of beige lipstick to the red, and mix it thoroughly. Test the new color on your lips, and adjust it as needed. A little beige will go a long way, and it is much easier to add more than take it out. Make sure your lipstick is still a pale shade of red -- not pink or peach from adding too much beige.

3
Apply a shimmery gloss over your new color, both to protect your lipstick and add extra light to the shade. Lip gloss will make your lipstick look lighter and your lips look fuller.

4
Store your newly mixed shade of red in a closeable container. Apply it with a clean lip brush.

Tips & Warnings
If you need to add more red back into your color, dot the original lipstick lightly over the new shade. Rub your lips together to mix the colors, and add a top coat of lip gloss.
