How to Make GFX With Gimp
The acronym “GFX” is a generic term for graphics, or graphic effects. Graphic effects include logos, signatures, avatars, emoticons, banners and any other type of graphic object. GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program and the software is open source and freely available. Download GIMP from gimp.org. GIMP, though it is free, is a feature-packed image editor with many of the same features of high-end graphic editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop. You can make any type of GFX with GIMP.
