Instructions

    • 1

Process the oatmeal in a blender or food processor until it turns into a fine powder. The oatmeal will absorb excess oil while reducing redness and soothing sensitive skin.

    • 2

Combine the oatmeal with orange juice or lemon juice. Thanks to their antiseptic qualities, both orange juice and lemon juice will remove excess oil and dirt.

    • 3

Add honey to the mixture. Honey has natural antibacterial properties to combat dirt buildup. Even better, honey can help your skin retain moisture, giving you soft, smooth skin after the oatmeal and citrus remove excessive oil. Tree oil has similar skin-enhancing properties.

Apply the mask to your face and neck and allow it to set for 10 to 15 minutes. Once the mask has set, wet your fingertips and massage your face and neck in small, circular motions to gently exfoliate the skin. Rinse the mask off with warm water.
