Launch your Web browser and navigate to an online GIF creator such as Gifka, Gickr or Loogix. Each of these GIF animation websites creates looping GIF images.

Click the "Choose File" button, then click to select an image to use as the first animation frame of the looping GIF image. Click "Open."

Repeat the previous step to add more frames to the looping GIF image.

Click to select size for the looping GIF from the "Size" drop-down menu.
