How to Configure a PHP APC on Webmin
Webmin is a Linux software product that lets you manage your web server through a web interface instead of having to do it all by command line, and one of the things you can manage through Webmin is the installation/configuration of the PHP APC module, a working module that controls how many threads are open on Apache at any one time. The configuration of APC happens automatically when you perform the installation procedure for it in Webmin.

Log in to your Webmin interface.

Click on the "Addon Software" section.

Scroll through the list until you find the "PHP" section; then click on it.

Click on the "Install APC Module" button; then wait for 1 to 2 minutes while Webmin installs and configures the module, and then restarts the server to apply the settings.
