Apply and Wash
Trim your facial hair to the length that you normally keep it. Wash it when finished and then pat it dry with a towel.
Mix the necessary ingredients in your facial hair coloring kit. Apply the coloring with the applicator from your kit or an old toothbrush and let it sit in your facial hair for as long as the product's instructions recommend.
Wash the product out of your facial hair in the shower using shampoo. If dying your facial hair black, you might have to apply another product from your kit and let it remain in your facial hair for the recommended time and then wash it out in the same manner as you did with the first product.
Soften your beard by rubbing in conditioner and then washing it out again. Pat your beard dry with a towel and then enjoy your newly colored facial hair.
