How to Remove PowerPoint From Grayscale
PowerPoint has the option to print slides, handouts and notes so that you can share the work that you've created. You can print out in color, grayscale or black and white. If you've previously set up your PowerPoint to print in grayscale, you can return to the print settings and adjust them so that the presentation prints in color or black and white. Note that even if you're printing in black and white, bitmaps, clipart and charts will still print out grayscale.

Tips & Warnings
Use the Notes field in PowerPoint for any additional information you want to share with your audience, then print out a Notes page with everything they need. This keeps your slides clean and clear, and still provides your audience with all the research you worked hard to collect.
You must have a color printer for the slides to print out in color. Otherwise, PowerPoint defaults to grayscale no matter what you do.
