      Pour 1 tbsp. of oatmeal on a plate, if you have dry skin. Or use 1 tbsp. of baking soda, if your skin is sensitive.

      Add 1 tbsp. of either honey or olive oil to your exfoliant mixture. If your skin is dry, use olive oil to add some moisture, while sensitive skin requires something a bit more natural, such as honey.
