How to Make Pouty Lips Without a Lip Pencil

Many people consider full lips to be desirable and beautiful. However, not everyone is born with big, pouty lips. If your lips are not as full as you would like them to be, you don't have to resort to expensive and painful plastic surgery. You don't even need to use a lip pencil. By learning several makeup tricks, you can transform your thin lips to pouty ones.

Things You'll Need

• Toothbrush
• Lip balm
• Concealer
• Light-colored lipstick
• Clear lip gloss
• Beige eyeshadow
• Eyeshadow brush

Instructions

1. Exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush. After running your toothbrush under warm water, gently scrub the toothbrush against your lips to remove dead skin cells.

2. Moisturize your lips with lip balm. Apply concealer to your lips to create a blank slate.

3. Apply a lipstick that is light in color to your lips. Choose shades in light pink or nude.

4. Add clear lip gloss to the center of your top and bottom lips. To create an even bigger illusion of fuller lips, sweep beige eyeshadow with an eyeshadow brush along your top lip.
