Click the Windows "Start" button and select "All Programs." Click "Adobe," then click "Dreamweaver" to open the program. Open your website project.

Double-click the main page that contains your main navigation panel. Highlight the main category link. Right-click the text and select "Make Link." A configuration window opens for your link.

Click the "Browse" button and select your sub-category page. Click "OK" to create the link. Repeat this step until each of your main navigation text points to its corresponding sub-category.

Double-click your sub-category page in the left navigation panel to open the list of sub-category navigation text. Highlight The link to your main content page, right-click and select "Make Link." Click "Browse" and select your main Web page for the content. Repeat these steps until each of your sub-category navigation links point to a corresponding content page.

Click the "Save" button and open the project in your Web browser. Click each link to verify it points to the right Web page.
