How to Cancel Nook Subscriptions

Your Nook automatically downloads new issues of your subscriptions.

Barnes & Noble offers subscriptions to the digital versions of print newspapers and magazines through the Nook Store. Each subscription offers a 14-day free trial, after which your credit card is billed. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until you cancel them. You can cancel a subscription from your Nook Library on the Barnes & Noble website. Barnes & Noble applies a prorated refund to your credit card after cancellation if you have unused issues.

Instructions

1. Open the Barnes and Noble website at BN.com in your Web browser.

2. Click the “Sign In” link at the top of the page and sign in with your email address and Barnes and Noble password.

3. Point to the “My Account” menu at the top of the page and click “My Nook Library.”

4. Locate the subscription in the list on your Nook Library page and click the “Manage Subscription” link next to its name.

5. Click the “Cancel Subscription” link next to the subscription’s name on the Manage Digital Subscriptions page that appears.

Tips & Warnings

• Any issues from the subscription already in your Nook Library remain there and on your Nook device. You can also redownload these issues on your Nook and Nook app.
