How to Find Out an Email Address You Used to Sign Up for the PlayStation Network
The online PlayStation Network requires members to sign up with a valid email address before they can access the network to play online games or chat with friends. Remembering which email address you used to sign up for the PlayStation Network might not be easy if you use multiple email accounts. The PlayStation Network and PlayStation Store always use the email address that you provided to send information and transaction notifications. To find the correct email account, you will need to search your emails for any old messages from the PlayStation Network or PlayStation Store.

Launch your email application or log in to your Web-based email service.

Find the email application's "Search" input box. You will usually find this above the main Inbox viewing pane.

Type or paste "DoNoReply@ac.PlayStation.net" into the "Search" input field. This "Sender" email address appears on all emails sent by the PlayStation Network and PlayStation Store.

View the search results. If the search returns results containing an email from the PlayStation Network or PlayStation Store, this is the email account you used to sign up for the service. If you searched a computer email application containing emails from multiple email accounts, click on an email message in the Search results. The email address in the "To" field is the account that you used to sign up for the PlayStation Network.
