- B-complex
- Biotin
- Single edge razor or beard trimmer
- Facial exfoliator
- Eucalyptus oil
- Anti-dandruff shampoo

Take a multivitamin, B-complex and biotin supplement daily. These will give you healthy skin and hair.

Exercise, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep at night.

Let your mustache grow out for four to six weeks and do not trim it. After that, use a single edge razor or beard trimmer to trim the hair once a month.
