on 1/6/2007 I live in Houston Tx and I am going to take in my double attached garage. I need to seal the concrete and then I wish to install carpet.I will have the carpet done professional.
Do I need to put in a vapor barrier pad under the carpet?
What kind of sealer is best for this job.
Thank you for your response.
