How to Make Watercress and Radish Salad

  1. NEEDS SHOPPING LIST

    • 1

      Cut radishes into thin strips.

    • 2

      Remove and discard coarse stems from watercress. Rinse and dry.

    • 3

      Whisk together vinegar, salt and pepper to taste in large bowl.

    • 4

      Add oil in a stream, whisking until thoroughly blended.

    • 5

      Add watercress and radishes.

    • 6

      Toss salad well.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure salad is completely dry before adding dressing.
