Pandigital 7-Inch Novel Troubleshooting
An issue with your PanDigital Novel 7 tablet may be due to outdated software, which when used with newer applications can result in unresponsiveness or a complete crash. Firmware updates are available through the Pandigital official site and are currently available only to Windows PC users, due to Mac incompatibility. During the upgrade, all of your information is deleted from your device, and requires re-syncing data from your computer and re-downloading e-books from the Barnes & Noble application.
