Instructions

    • 1

Separate the bangs. Pin them off to the side with bobby pins.

    • 2

Gather clumps of hair in your hand. Separate each section with bobby pins.

    • 3

Hold each section straight out from your head. Judge how long you want each section to be and cut to the desired length. Sections that are too long will be harder to cement into place because they will be heavier. Short sections will not achieve the desired look. Opt for spikes that are 4 to 6 inches long.

    • 4

Put a quarter-size dollop of hair cement in the palm of your hands. Rub the cement onto each spike, starting at the halfway point and making your way to the hair ends. They should defy gravity and stick up. Apply more hair cement, if needed.

    • 5

Work your way through the wig, cementing all sections in the desired direction. Let the cement dry. Give it an hour to fully adhere.

    • 6

Use a hair dryer on each clump of hair to speed up the drying process.

    • 7

Spray the entire wig with hairspray. Let it dry for one minute. Blow dry again to ensure the style of the sora wig is not going to fall.
