Squeeze a drop or two of toothpaste onto a cotton swab and apply directly onto the pimple before bed. Rub it in gently and leave on overnight. This will reduce the redness as well as relieve any pain associated with the pimple.

2
Crush up one aspirin and mix with an equal amount of water. Apply to the affected red area with a cotton ball and allow to soak in. The ingredients in the aspirin will reduce the pimple's redness and puffiness.

3
Hold an ice cube to any pimple or red area left from a pimple for about two minutes. Do this at least every 30 minutes to reduce any swelling and redness.
-
4
Apply a dab of green-based concealer onto the pimple or affected area. Green is opposite from red on the color wheel, therefore the green in the concealer will cover and hide any redness on the face. Blend in well with the concealer brush or delicately with fingers. Apply a tinted moisturizer or foundation that matches your skin on top of the concealer.

Apply two or three drops of any brand of eye drops onto a cotton swab and dab gently on the pimple or red area. Eye drops remove redness from eyes and can do the same for pimples.

Tips & Warnings
Wash your face morning and night with a medicated acne wash and use a moisturizer with green tea in it. The green tea works to remove redness and calms the skin.
Avoid popping or picking at any pimples; this will only make the area redder and can become infected. Always wash your hands before touching your face.
