You can upgrade from the standard AV cable that came with your Wii.

The Nintendo Wii offers multiple connection options to accommodate different types of televisions and the connections that it has available. If you are planning to connect your Wii to an Insignia TV, you have two choices. The standard Wii audio-visual cable does an adequate job of connecting your Wii to almost any TV with AV ports, and is compatible with more TVs. The Wii Component Video Cable provides a sharper image broadcast at 480-pixel resolution, but your TV must have component video jacks and you must buy the cable separately.
