How to Automatically Forward All Emails to Another Email
If you want to cut down on the number of email accounts you need to access on a daily basis, you can automatically forward all the emails to another account. Email providers such as Hotmail and Gmail allow users to set up automatic forwarding of email to another account at no additional charge. You can enable and disable the feature at any time by adjusting your email settings.

Access your email provider's website in a Web browser and log into your email account.

Click "Mail Options" or "Mail Settings" in the top menu. The options vary by email provider. For example, Gmail users should click "Mail Settings," while Hotmail users should click "Options."

Click "Forwarding and POP" to view the forwarding settings for your email account. The option to access the settings for forwarding vary by provider. For example, Gmail users would click "Forwarding and POP/IMAP," while Hotmail users click "Email Forwarding."

Enable the forwarding feature and enter the email address that you want to forward all your emails to in the indicated field.

Click "Save Changes" and a confirmation message will be displayed.

Tips & Warnings
Some email providers such as Yahoo! Mail require users to subscribe to a premium service to use the email forwarding feature. Contact your provider for additional information regarding fees.
Access your email settings to disable forwarding. Changes take effect immediately.
Some email providers such as Gmail may require you to verify the other email address before forwarding is activated. A verification email will be sent to the email address you indicate when setting up forwarding. Follow the instructions in the verification email to establish email forwarding.
