The index card template in OneNote lets you create and print note cards.

Note cards are an efficient way of collecting and keeping information when doing research or making a presentation. They are small and portable and can be easily rearranged when used for a presentation or speech. Microsoft OneNote is designed for note taking with a keyboard or a stylus on a tablet computer. If you intend to print out your notes on note or index cards, you can load a default OneNote template and print the notes to card stock on a printer.
