How to Repair the AVG Toolbar
The AVG Security Toolbar is a feature of the AVG anti-virus software that pre-scans the links on search engine results pages to confirm their safety before you click them. If a link passes the toolbar's scanning procedure, a green star is displayed next to the link. If you no longer see this star or otherwise believe that the toolbar is not functioning as it should, use the built-in repair function to reinstall it from the original data files.
