Apply Adobe InDesign styles with your keyboard once you assign shortcuts to them.

Assigning keyboard shortcuts to the character and paragraph styles you create in Adobe InDesign documents lets you apply these styles without using or even opening the InDesign Styles panel, speeding your work as you create and adjust your page designs. While you can assign a shortcut to any character or paragraph style, you must do so when you create the style or modify the style after the fact to add a shortcut to it.
