The Proper Way to Put on a Gaff
A cross dresser who strives to be appear as a woman wants to be have as many feminine features as possible. Makeup and wigs can be helpful. But looks, such as skin tight jeans and dresses can cause problems if male genitalia is detectable through the clothing. To put this worry to rest, gaffs can be used to ensure discreetness. Gaffs are custom-made panties designed to flatten where needed; they are made out of polyester or stretch nylon fabric and can be worn under panties or pantyhose without being visible. Look at the gaff. When you slip it on, make sure the thin part is facing your back and the wide portion is facing the front. Lie down on a bed and pull the gaff up to the top of your thighs.

Hold up each testicle and gently push up until they go into the cavity above the pelvic area.

Hold the testicles in place with one hand. To keep the testicles from falling out of the cavity, you can tape them. If you use tape, make sure you are completely shaved before applying.

For a smooth look in loose jeans or sweats, slip on the gaff and push the penis down.
Never put the gaff in the washing machine or dryer. Always wash it in warm water and hang it to dry. Do not put on a gaff when you have an erection or it will be painful.
