How to Change Your IP on an Android Emulator
The Google Android software development kit, or SDK, includes a full-featured Android operating system emulator to test out different hardware and software aspects of Android. This includes the capability to see how different programs may interact in a variety of settings, such as different hardware and screen sizes. The Android emulator software also includes network support. You can change your IP address on an Android emulator through the internal settings application inside the emulator.
