How to Get Dragon Claw TM in "Ruby"
In the "Pokemon" video games, Technical Machines allow you to teach your Pokemon attacks that they may not learn by themselves. For example, TM02 contains Dragon Claw, a powerful Dragon-type attack. Even non-Dragon-type Pokemon, such as Sceptile, Feraligatr and Aggron, can add this attack to their arsenal for diversity. To obtain Dragon Claw in "Pokemon Ruby," you must explore Meteor Falls.

Fly to Rustboro City in western Hoenn.

Travel north to Route 115.

Go to the west side of the route and use the Surf ability to swim from the southern beach to the middle beach.

Climb the small hill to the east and enter Meteor Falls.

Ascend the stairs in the cave until you reach a body of water.

Surf north through the water.

Use the Waterfall ability to scale the waterfall.

Enter the doorway in the rear of the area.

Walk northeast and descend the ladder.

Travel to the northwest corner of the room and ascend the ladder.

Climb the stairs and then slide down the slopes you discover at the top. Stick to the left side of the slopes as you descend so you land near a ladder north of the underground pond. Ascend the ladder.

Walk south to find a body of water.

Surf north through the water and enter the doorway in the rear of the room.

Surf across the pond and pick up TM02-Dragon Claw.

Backtrack to exit the cave or use an Escape Rope.

Tips & Warnings
Wild Pokemon such as Zubat and Solrock inhabit Meteor Falls. Use Repel to limit the amount of wild Pokemon encounters. However, Bagon, a rare species of Pokemon, inhabits the room that contains Dragon Claw. Capture this Pokemon for your collection.
