Function
-
With numerous pots, pans, plates, and glasses, each kitchen needs a good storage system to house all the necessary utensils. Hanging kitchen cabinets gives the homeowner a way to access these utensils with ease.
Features
-
When hanging kitchen cabinets, the bottom of the wall cabinet should be 18 inches from the top of the counter. Based on a bottom cabinet height of 34 inches, plus 1.5 inches of counter top, measuring from the floor to the bottom of the wall, cabinets should begin at about 54 inches.

Considerations
-
Once the level line is drawn on the wall where the bottom of the wall cabinet should be, temporarily attach a piece of wood on that line so the wall cabinets have a brace while being installed.
