Wireless Router Printing
Wireless router printing refers to network printers that are connected to a wireless network through which several computers can access it to print. There must be a network connection between the printer and wireless router for the network to work.

To print via the wireless router you need to connect the printer to the router with an Ethernet cable. One end of the cable connects into the Ethernet port on the back of the printer.

To finish the connection, connect the other end of the Ethernet cable into a free port on the back of the wireless router.

Wireless printers have built-in wireless cards, which means you don't need to plug it into your wireless router for it to work. Printers come with instructions that vary slightly according to the printer model so you can set up the wireless connection.
Installation Wizard

Once you connect the printer to the wireless router, be it via Ethernet cable or the built-in wireless card, run the installation wizard on the computers that will be using the printer so they recognize the printer settings.
