Ceragem International Inc. produces and distributes thermal massagers of varying sizes and styles. Their flagship product, the Ceragem-C Automatic Thermal Massager, functions as a motorized, table-based masseuse, working on separate parts of the body to ensure all-over pain relief.
In general, the thermal massager serves three purposes: improving circulation, loosening stiff and sore muscles and easing joint pain. The Ceragem massager can be used for those diagnosed with arthritis, especially, because of the relief it can provide for joint pain sufferers.
The Ceragem works on four different parts of the body: the legs, the neck, the abdomen and spine. Both the legs and abdomen receive infrared heat, which is designed to increase circulation in those zones. Rollers at the head of the mat impact pressure points, relieving the pain that comes from bad posture or stress. And the Ceragem's internal projector goes to work on the spine to relieve stress-caused back pain and aches stemming from poor posture.
The massager operates by four principles: finger pressure, which serves to return bodies to their natural rhythm; massage, which relaxes muscles, stimulates the body and relieves pain; moxibustion, which uses herb-charged heat to stimulate bodily pressure points and encourage healing, relaxation and blood circulation; and infrared heat, which improves overall health while increasing blood circulation throughout the body.
