USPS offers Express Mail delivery for overnight delivery to most locations. This service operates within the United States and internationally, while Global Express Guaranteed delivers exclusively outside of the United States. Flat Rate Express Options

Express Mail offers two shipping cost options to compare. An Express Mail item that fits in a flat-rate envelope of 12-1/2 inches by 9-1/2 inches ships at a flat-rate price regardless of weight. This method is capable of saving you lots of money on postage if what you're shipping fits in the envelope. In certain situations, however, it might cost more.

Express Mail offers a few extra service options for the buyer that carry additional price tags. Such services include a return receipt for you to receive in the mail with the addressee's signature (to confirm delivery was made to the intended recipient), additional insurance if your item is valued at over $100, and collect-on-delivery service. Global Express Guaranteed offers only additional insurance as an extra service.
