Law of Attraction & Relationships

The Law of Attraction, or the theory that 'like attracts like,' is a principle that can be adopted into every facet of life. Using this theory may also bring a number of individuals clarity when it comes to relationships.

  1. Magnetism

    • The Law of Attraction suggests that people are actually living magnets. This means that the things that come naturally for you to think or do will be the things that you will attract in a partner; this, of course, does not fully support the theory that 'opposites attract.'

    Neutrality

    • The Law of Attraction is neutral, meaning it works for both positive and negative energy. If you think positively and honestly want an open and loving relationship, it will come to you; if you think fearful thoughts and do not truly believe that your relationship will be harmonious, this will manifest in your life as well.

    Focus

    • In order for the Law of Attraction to become evident in your relationships, you have to focus on what you really want. For instance, if you want your partner to be intelligent and affectionate, (because that is the energy you're giving out), you have to focus on these traits and lend all your positive energy to them in order to see them in your mate.

    Permission

    • Many people want good things to happen in their relationships, but they are scared that these things won't happen soon enough, if at all. Using the Law of Attraction means allowing these good things to happen without fear or reservations.

    All Relationships

    • The Law of Attraction doesn't only apply to romantic relationships; individuals can experience harmony and positivity in parent/child relationships and professional interactions. An energy of security and sharing will be reciprocated, as well as vibrations of negativity or unrealistic expectations.
