Difference Between XBox 360 Pro & Premium
Although they have different names, the Xbox 360 Pro and Xbox 360 Premium are the same product. There is no definite distinction between the 360 Pro and 360 Premium. The particular model is officially known as the Xbox 360 Premium.

There is no official difference between the Xbox 360 Pro and Xbox 360 Premium. The name 360 Pro originally came from the side of the box which read "Go Pro." For all intents and purposes, the Pro and Premium are the same thing.
Purchasing

The Xbox 360 Pro/Premium has been discontinued by Microsoft. They can still be bought and the only distinction that can be made regarding them is the year they were manufactured and the size of the hard drive. Later models of the Pro/Premium have HDMI output while models before 2007 did not.

Accessories

There is no distinction between the accessories that come bundled with any Xbox called Pro or Premium. Every Pro/Premium comes bundled with a wireless controller, an Ethernet cable, a 360 headset and a hybrid video cable.
Discontinuation

The Xbox 360 Pro/Premium has since been discontinued. It can still be found for around $250 at various retail stores and online although it is no longer still in production.
Hard Drive

The original Xbox 360 Pro that came out in 2005 had a 20 GB hard drive. In August of 2008 a version with a 60 GB hard drive became available. It is very possible that many people made the distinction between Premium and Pro at that time.
