on 11/10/2009 This guy is being too readily influenced by political propaganda. It has been shown that cholesterol is not the enemy, indeed, cholesterol turns to hormones in the body which are essential to good health and also that feel-good feature. It is also known that low levels of hormones cause many physical and mental problems including depression and suicide. This guy might be studing for a degree in nutrition but in the process he is being fed academic 'bull'! The danger here is when anyone believes they are an authority on a any particular topic then their assumption becomes their failing!
